Kelli spent over 15 years in Corporate America in the training and marketing fields, and as leadership development expert and keynote speaker, before she leapt into entrepreneurship to start her own leadership and career coaching and speaking practice. She knows what it's like to be the only woman in the room and work in male-dominated industries while advocating for change.

 

She's coached and trained thousands of women to lead with more clarity and confidence and make impact in the rooms where decisions are made. She is the founder of the Clarity & Confidence® Women's Leadership Program, a nationwide, online leadership development program for women leaders. Her career advice and thought leadership is been featured by Harvard Business Review, Forbes, MarketWatch, LatticeHR, Business Insider, Thrive Global and more.

She earned her MBA and has served as Adjunct Management Faculty at the University of Nebraska – Omaha.  

 

She completed intensive coach training by Harvard Ph.D., Martha Beck (aka Oprah’s life coach). She is certified in Reality-Based Leadership, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Enneagram.
