After arriving at your hotel, steps away from the venue, we'll meet as a group and walk over to have a semi-private group connection dinner at one of Omaha's most Instagrammable dining places. We'll wrap up by 7pm so you have plenty of time to rest and recover (or enjoy downtown Omaha!) so you can begin fresh for day two.
We'll spend a day of learning, connection and REVIVAL. While the day will be jam-packed with fun and practical strategies to advance with clarity & confidence, there will be intentional spaces to apply your learning in unique and unexpected ways.
From 5-7PM we will explore another iconic Omaha restaurant to relax, laugh and connect with one another.
We'll conclude our experience with a continued focused on building your skills and reputation as a clear and confident leader. We'll celebrate the connections made, craft our next steps and close with lunch together - feeling revived as leader and inspired to take action and make impact in the rooms where decisions are made.

FAQ'S
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made prior to July 1, 2026 will be refunded minus a nonrefundable $150 processing fee and ONLY accepted if received in writing to info@kelliraethompson.com prior to July 1, 2026. Cancellations made between July 1 and July 31, 2026 will be refunded 50% total registration fees and only accepted if received in writing prior to July 31, 2026 to info@kelliraethompson.com All cancellations made for any reason (weather, personal, professional, etc.) after July 31, 2026 will be charged the full registration. No exceptions or transfers will be made. Kelli Thompson LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Kelli Thompson LLC will refund the registration fee minus the non-refundable processing fee but is not responsible for any other related costs or charges to participate including lodging or travel costs.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
An exact agenda will be provided to participants that can inform your packing. However, there is no "dress code" for this event. Wear what makes you feel your best. You will want to bring comfortable walking shoes as we will walk 3-5 blocks for dinner reservations. Bring whatever resources facilitate your learning, however, I encourage you to turn your out of office on so you can be present for the event.
WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO / STAY / PARK?
You can fly right into Omaha, NE and the venue is an 8 minute Uber ride from the airport! There are a variety of hotels steps from the venue. A complete list of hotels will be sent to participants so they can book with their favorite hotel chain. If you are driving, parking instructions will be sent to you upon registration. Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel arrangements.
what about the weather?
End of September is typically gorgeous in Omaha, Nebraska! If we are lucky, the weather goddesses will bring us their typical 60-70 degree and sunny forecast.
who will all be there?
This event is for corporate women leaders. You will join leaders from all types and sizes of businesses. Kelli will also bring in guest experience experts, photographers and a videographer at times throughout the event. Kelli is the primary facilitator.
How do you handle diet sensitivities?
I get it as I try to minimize gluten :) Kelli will ask about your diet sensitivities and do her best to accommodate those. Know that there will be an experience on day one that includes a food tasting - but the rest is a surprise :)
in 2019 i left my 9-5 on a mission to advance WOMEN LEADERS.
I spent nearly 20 years in corporate America, working primarily in financial services and banking. I started in phone sales, working my way up as a trainer, human resources consultant and ultimately oversaw the human resources function of a healthcare technology firm. I coached leaders and my professional development programs won industry awards for producing strong results and ROI. I even spent time teaching Management courses at the University.
I also have a special perspective of knowing what it's like to be one of the only women in male dominated fields. My ultimate vision is to see the number of women equal to men in the rooms where decisions are made.
