Melissa Hurrington is a dedicated wife, mother, and business leader who balances her personal and professional roles with grace. As CFO and VP of Operations at Premier Claims, she skillfully manages financial strategies and operational excellence. Outside of work, Melissa serves as the Omaha Chapter President of the CFO Leadership Council, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing among financial executives.
A passionate advocate for women's empowerment, Melissa is a sought-after speaker, using her platform to amplify diverse voices and champion inclusive leadership. She is also a founding member of The Bold Leaders Collective, where she drives initiatives to inspire courageous leadership and positive change.
