We'll meet on Zoom every 2-3 weeks depending on your schedule. You'll have access to me for support, accountability, project review and ad hoc coaching in between our formal calls.

You'll complete a "unique genius" 360-style activity to help you design a leadership career based on your best skills and talents. It will help you identify and articulate the exact value you bring to your organization.
For employer-sponsored coaching, a full 360 assessment can be added.
LEADERSHIP + CONFIDENCE BUILDING ASSIGNMENTS
Assignments are customized to your personal goals. Your coaching workbook is 40+ page resource is jam-packed with leadership development tools to become a more clear & confident leader. You'll also receive a copy of my book in your preferred format.
My minimum coaching engagement is six months (although most clients work with me for 8-12 months). At the six month mark we will celebrate progress and create a custom path forward.

I spent nearly 20 years in corporate America, working primarily in financial services and banking. I started in phone sales, working my way up as a trainer, human resources consultant and ultimately oversaw the human resources function of a healthcare technology firm.
