You'll take the
 Integrative Enneagram assessment, which provides a 42 page type reveal and personalized leadership guide revealing your unique leadership gifts, motivations, decision-making style and more.

Get clear on the unique gifts that you've been born to lead with! You'll complete a "unique genius" 360-style activity to help you create a leadership career based on your best talents. You'll learn to lead in your "energy-surger" zone and delegate the rest to develop your team.
1-1 COACHING SESSIONS
My minimum coaching engagement is four months (although most clients work with me for 8-12 months). Over the course of of that time, we'll meet on Zoom every 2-3 weeks depending on your schedule and current circumstances. You'll have unlimited access to me and the coaching tools via the methods below.

I'll check in with you in between our sessions. We'll even send video/audio notes back and forth via Loom or the Marco Polo app to work on your particular goals like presentation delivery, strategic goals, situational challenges, personal branding, etc. As needed, we can hop on 15-minute phone calls.

I'm kelli

I'm a women's leadership & executive coach, speaker and writer. I'm on a mission to help women advance to the rooms where decisions are made.

While I was busy climbing the corporate ladder, leading training, HR and marketing teams in banking and technology, I attended so many meetings where I was one of few women at the table. I grew frustrated hearing from only men in the room. The feelings of doubt and imposter syndrome were a REAL THING that held me back. I had to learn to use new mindset and influence skills to find my voice in the rooms and advance from doer to leader.

 

I also know how tempting it can be to settle for the "golden handcuffs," but I see every day with my clients how energizing your leadership and career can be when you choose to trust yourself and make your unique impact in the rooms that matter.

It's liberating, exciting and work just feels.... FUN!

 

Since my corporate days, I've spoken and trained groups from 1 to 1000 on leadership development and worked with Fortune 100 companies. I received an Emerging Training Leader award for creating strong training programs and transformational results. I am also a Stevie® Award winner for Coach of The Year and the author of the critically-acclaimed book, Closing The Confidence Gap: Boost Your Peace, Your Potential & Your Paycheck.

 

I completed intensive coach certification training by Harvard Ph.D., Martha Beck (aka Oprah’s life coach). I am also certified in Reality-Based Leadership, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Integrative Enneagram. I honed my skills in leadership and coaching through serving as Adjunct Management Faculty at the University of Nebraska – Omaha after earning my MBA.

 

I took the brave leap of leaving corporate America to follow my passion of coaching, leading and training women to be clear and confident leaders, and this program is exactly what I needed as a corporate leader (but couldn't find). My clients say my 1-1 executive coaching style is "no BS with a ton of compassion" and I've helped them own what's unique about them so they can lead with more clarity and confidence and make impact in the rooms where decisions are made.
