ALIGN YOUR PURPOSE & YOUR PAYCHECK
A MID-YEAR LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP
AS FEATURED IN:

ALIGN YOUR PURPOSE & YOUR PAYCHECK
You have unique skills and talents that can make a meaningful difference at work, are you using them to your fullest?
Join me July 14, 2026 from 12-1 PM Central for an inspirational yet practical mid-year leadership alignment check in and workshop meant to help you focus your career ambition and maximize your leadership impact.
Since you set your goals in January, has your energy remained in alignment with them or has it drifted to what has been demanded of you? Are you being intentional with where you are focusing your ambition?
A 2025 study from Chief found that 86% of senior women feel more ambitious than they did five years ago, but when asked to define that ambition, "job title" came in fifth. More women than ever are prioritizing financial success, decision-making power, control over their time, and autonomy. They want to define success on their own terms.

This session will help you stop chasing the next title by default and ensure your career ladder is leaning against the right wall by intentionally using your unique leadership talents.
I'll teach practical tools and strategies to:
01
Define what you stand for
Get clear on what you truly value at work and write your own Career Purpose Statement — your definition of success — instead of running on the one you inherited from a boss or a culture that told you what to want
03
Align your purpose & your paycheck
Clarify which of the three "Energy Buckets" your work falls into so you can uncover your unique talents and focus your ambitions on a career that uses them best (and learn tools dump, delegate or outsource what drains you)
02
Run an alignment check
Use a simple five-question tool to honestly assess whether your current role aligns with what you value (your energy, your talents, your purpose, and your career intentions) so you can better focus your ambitions and impact
04
Make courageous career decisions
A low alignment score doesn't always mean it's time to leave. Discover how to advocate for the work that lights you up, reshape your role around your best talents, and set the boundaries that help you lead with more energy and intention.
THIS TRAINING IS PERFECT FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO:
Stop chasing titles by default and define success on their own terms
Get clear on their unique talents and lead from them with clarity and confidence
Honestly assess whether their current role is aligned and know what to do about it
Use their best talents on purpose so their work fuels them instead of draining them
Make courageous career and leadership decisions (without burning everything down)
Find their ideal leadership role that helps them make greater impact in the rooms where decisions are made

in 2019 i left my 9-5 on a mission to advance WOMEN LEADERS.
I spent nearly 20 years in corporate America, working primarily in financial services and banking. I started in phone sales, working my way up as a trainer, human resources consultant and ultimately oversaw the human resources function of a healthcare technology firm. I coached leaders and my professional development programs won industry awards for producing strong results and ROI. I even spent time teaching Management courses at the University.

I also have a special perspective of knowing what it's like to be one of the only women in male dominated fields. My ultimate vision is to see the number of women equal to men in the rooms where decisions are made.
